Open Notifications from Home

Tap the bell at the top right of Home to open the notification inbox. Upcoming or overdue bill items can lead to their bill details. Use the settings button in that inbox to manage notification options.

Keep the Two Notification Types Separate

Due-Date Reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on this device. Message Notifications use push, begin enabled for each account, and can be turned off independently. Both depend on iOS notification permission. Financial records are not included in messaging push or shared through Collab.

Manage Personal Details and Security in Profile

  1. Open Profile. Edit your bio from the Profile summary card; for other personal details, choose Manage My Account.
  2. In Manage My Account, update your photo, name, birth date, phone, or address, then use the checkmark to save supported changes.
  3. Use the same Account screen for email, password, optional app lock, sign-out, 30-day recoverable deactivation, or immediate deletion.

Use the Profile Menu for App Preferences

Open ☰ in Profile to choose language, appearance, or display currency and to replay the Welcome Guide. CAD, USD, and EUR change how amounts are displayed; CuraErgo does not convert amounts between currencies.

If iOS permission is denied, open iOS Settings from CuraErgo’s notification settings. Changing an in-app preference cannot override a system-level denial.
