Read the Three Statuses Literally
Planned means the amount is expected for a future date. Received means the money actually arrived. Not Received keeps an expected amount visible when it did not arrive. Planned and Not Received entries remain available for follow-up, but neither contributes to the main Income total.
Only Received Changes the Weekly Result
The Incomes card totals only entries marked Received. The same received-only total is used in Net Cash Flow. Open an income entry to edit its status and date. The quick Mark as Received action in the income list changes only the status.
Dates Follow the Status
A Planned entry uses its planned date, a Received entry uses its saved date, and a Not Received entry keeps the date on which it was expected. After using Mark as Received, open the entry if its date also needs to be updated. This preserves the day-by-day history without treating a plan as completed activity.
A planned amount can be useful without being counted. Mark it Received only when the money actually arrives.
